B2B marketing measured on pipeline, not page views.

B2B buyers take their time, involve more people and hate being sold to. We help you get found during their research, earn their trust and turn it into qualified leads your sales team actually wants.

Why B2B marketing is different

B2B sales involve bigger decisions, more people and longer timelines. Marketing needs to support the whole journey, not just the first click.

01

Several people decide

A typical B2B purchase involves users, managers and finance. Your content needs to answer each of their questions.

02

Sales cycles are long

It can take weeks or months from first visit to signed deal. Tracking has to follow the lead all the way through.

03

Buyers research alone

Most buyers do a lot of research before they talk to sales. If you are not visible then, you are not on the shortlist.

04

Quality beats quantity

Ten qualified leads beat a hundred poor ones. We measure what sales can actually close.

The playbook

The B2B marketing playbook

How to turn long, complex sales cycles into a steady flow of pipeline. A checklist for marketing and sales leaders.

Planned and run by senior people, not handed to juniors.

01Agree what a qualified lead is

Marketing and sales often argue about lead quality because nobody wrote down what a good lead looks like. Agree the basics together, such as company size, industry, role and need, and track leads against that definition. It ends the argument and makes every channel easier to improve.

02Create content for everyone in the room

B2B decisions usually involve several people. The person who will use your product cares about features and ease of use. Their manager cares about results. Finance cares about cost and risk. Give each of them something useful:

  • Solution and feature pages for users.
  • Case studies and outcomes for managers.
  • Pricing guidance, security and implementation details for finance and IT.

03Close the loop with your CRM

If your ad platforms only see form fills, they will find more form fills, good or bad. Feeding CRM stages such as qualified, opportunity and won back into Google Ads teaches it to find more of the leads that turn into revenue.

04Be patient with SEO, and impatient with waste

B2B SEO compounds over time, so start early and stay consistent. Paid search is the opposite. Review search terms every week and cut anything that does not attract real buyers.

05Make the next step obvious

Many B2B websites end every page with the same generic contact form. Offer next steps that match where buyers are, such as a guide, a pricing conversation, a demo or a quick assessment, and follow up fast.
